Pioneer Projects: multi '-omics' data collection and interpretation of clinical sample cohorts

With its 3rd call for proposals, PHRT invites clinical scientists, who have access to an extensive sample cohort, to create an inter-institutional, interdisciplinary consortium to formulate a well-defined clinical question to request funding to generate matched genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic data by the two PHRT platforms. Data integration, data analysis and data interpretation is an important part of the project as well.

Applications using the PHRT templates must be submitted by May 27, 2019 to phrt-office(at)ethz.ch. Results of the review will be published by the end of September 2019. Please find below the relevant documents describing the pioneer project characteristics, requirements, etc. Click here to find out more about our platforms as well as  the people in charge, who are happy to answer your specific questions.

Special Call "PIP"

The Pioneer Imaging Projects will support innovation in imaging research within the ETH Domain institutions: They are collaborative researches between at least two ETH Domain institutions aiming at enhancing the use of clinical images for personalized medicine. After two years, the implementation into the clinic of the first results is expected. These projects should lay the bases for a future multicentric Clinical Imaging Competence Hub in the ETH Domain.
